I’ve been with patriarch for about 2 years now and they are really a great company to rent from. Stephanie is amazing and is always willing to work with you. The maintenance team is very attentive and responsive. Definitely one of the best overall rental companies.

Stefanie is the best property manager. Helpful and understanding. I have lived in my house since 2017 and I love it here. The management and maintenance are responsive and take care of all my needs without hesitation. Even with the rising costs, the rent is manageable. I am glad to be a resident of Patriarch Management.

Have been living in Columbus for a good while now and I stayed at a property with Patriarch for two solid years, only left because roommates and I were going separate ways and could no longer afford the house. Any time we had a maintenance issue it was resolved promptly and Stefanie does a killer job at being communicative with tenants! One of the good ones for sure, keep an eye out for their listings, and you'll be taken care of!
