The bad reviews do not reflect reality. For over 2 years I've been a very happy tenant and have found nothing but kindness and professionalism from Kimberly, Rebecca, and company. People usually write reviews when they're upset, but just know that the majority of us are thankful for this company and happy to have such amazing landlords.

Kim and her team are amazing group of professionals. She helped me purchase the property in Austin and won me over and is now managing it as well! Highly recommend her, the rating does not reflect the reality. Wish I could leave 10 star review!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO LEASE ANY PROPERTY! Disclaimer we are in process of filing legal actions against this company and placing the owner of the property on notice and filing lien against the property. We leased a property that is being managed by this company and we’ve had numerous issues: A) Falsely accused of damages to irrigation plumbing of the exterior of the home. Pathfinder currently has placed charges on our account for these damages based upon no proof of fact. Their only source of justification/response (verbal only) is because the irrigation company they hired to come inspect leaks, stated we must of caused damage. B)Water leaks that failed to be fixed timely and properly that lead to almost two months of exterior water leaks (approximately 2 gals a minute) that we incu
