Patek Inspections

Cant recommend this company enough. Chris is very thorough and explained everything in great and easy to understand detail. He spotted an issue with our septic system which saved us thousands in septic tank replacement! Will use Patek for all future inspections!

We have used Patek on more than one ocassion for inspections. On 2/10/26 Zach came out and did our inspection,very nice,polite, respectful, very thorough. Let us know when he was on his way and faxed inspection report to our insurance agent. Would definitely use again

Chris and Kayleigh were both excellent to work with for our new home inspection. Chris was meticulous with how a new home should be finished with detailed breakdown including pictures of fixes that were recommended. In contract on a home purchase, I can vouch for Mr. Patek. Chris is very knowledgeable in his tradecraft. I was not able to make to the inspection, yet really appreciated his effort and report findings and the extra time spent afterwards to talk via a phone conversation addressing concerns. As an all trades licensed Building Inspector in the state FL., I would recommend him totally over the generic large volume production companies.
