I am extremely disappointed with Patt Garrett Realtors. Communication has been consistently poor, with calls and emails often going unanswered. In addition, the appearance of random markup fees without clear explanation raises serious concerns about transparency. Most troubling is the withholding of the owner’s funds, which reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions and proceed with caution when considering this company.

At first, this company was really great to rent with. However, once they secured our money and signatures, service really went downhill. First, I have record of my closet flooding when it rains & despite putting in a maintenance request immediately, they took an entire month to come and caulk it (incorrectly). Another instance was a swarm of termites erupting in the living room & after they had a pest control person come and look at it, no one ever came again to spray. These were documented issues. Other issues included: the house had an elm bug issue and we always had bugs in the house. We randomly had a general contractor show up at our house to measure for new windows, but we never got new windows, despite ours never being able to be opened. Amber at the front has been so kind in my search for a rental house. Answering questions I’ve had and asking me questions I haven’t thought of. She’s truly been one step ahead and her kindness has been welcomed during a stressful time of moving!

I have rented for 3 years and the customer service staff is amazing and quick to get you an answer to any questions. Also maintenance requests get handled in a timely manner, I have never had to wait more than one day before getting a technician scheduled to fix any issues. Very happy I chose to rent a home from this company! 😁

This is by far the worst rental company I've ever dealt with. For 2 years we stayed in one of their rental properties. We reported several things inside the house that needed fixing, but they never bothered to send anybody out to fix. Carpet was worn away prior to us moving in , and there were sharp metal pieces sticking up out of the floor. I cannot tell you how many times I or a family member stepped on them! After my husband tried fixing the kitchen sink he discovered the whole thing needed to be replaced. Never happened. The roof was missing many shingles which he also reported, finally after 9 months somebody was sent out to fix it. That was the month we put in our 30 day notice.
