Passenger Flats

My new studio apartment has a beautiful view and lot of lights. This apartment is in a very convenient location, Close to my office in downtown, many good restaurants in walking distance. So far so good, Passenger Flats apartment is an absolutely good place for single living. The property management staffs are very friendly and helpful, I got a lot of help from Mia, she made my moving process so smooth , although I had a very tight timeline due to a personal travel coming soon, I still got everything set up on my tight schedule and completed my major stuffs moving in, thanks for her excellent work, the leasing office and management are outstanding and exceeds my expectations. I really appreciate it.

If you want a cheap place to live that is somewhat nice this is it. wonderful spot downtown in walking distance of evrything!Sadly, though the building is not kept up at all, I genuinely think they just don’t want to spend money. When I moved in the cleaning crew half assed cleaning my apartment, as the floors were dirty and there was a moldy shirt in the washer. The management did give me 100 off my rent for that month or the next one because of it so that is somewhat nice. However if you do not do your own pest control you will see a roach or two. I also had a leak in my bathroom sink that the maintenance men did come look at but stated they would order the part. This was 3-4 months ago. I just moved into Passenger Flats a few days ago and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. It’s super close to downtown and walking distance to Riverwalk. The apartment is small but I’m one person and a lot less to clean. Lol. I love my view of the pool and can see the city. Braden is great. He gave me a tour and assisted me with the application process. There were some issues and Braden was always informing me on what was going on. He was super friendly, caring, and very efficient. It was the end of the day on Friday, and Kristi filled out the maintenance request in my portal. I couldn’t figure out how to use the dryer and my clothes were soaking wet. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels like a true retreat, yet the location is unbeatable. It’s conveniently close to shopping, dining, major employers, and downtown, making everyday errands and commuting incredibly easy. The apartment homes are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully updated, and the grounds are always kept looking beautiful. The management and maintenance teams are responsive, professional, and truly care about the residents—any requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, this is a comfortable, welcoming community in a fantastic location, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run place to call home.
