An issue came up while under contract but Phil has many resources and was able to get that resolved for me. Everything very smooth from start to finish and excellent communication. Lauri was amazing and super helpful in selling my house. Any questions I had she either had the answer or found it for me quickly. My house had a lot of showings and took alittle to sell but Lauri never gave up until she found that perfect buyer. She was right there through all my questions for closing too. Would highly recommend Lauri Pass and Pass Realty.
TERRIBLE...... I literally called both numbers over A DOZEN TIMES AND GAVE MY NAME AND NUMBER ON THE MACHINE WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A RETURN CALL AFTER 3 YES 3 WEEKS OF TRYING... I have no idea how a business stays opened without the respect of a return phone call. Plenty of other realtors/appraisers in the area STAY AWAY..... TERRIBLE-ABSOLUTLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
