Paso Norte Apartments

I do not recommend this apartment complex. Management threw away my personal grill after saying they would return it back & did not get compensation for it. There has also been mold in my restroom, and when I reported it, I was told to simply leave the door open to “vent it out” instead of having it properly addressed. Additionally, my toilet became unusable, and I was told it would not be fixed until the next day because they had “actual emergencies.” Not having a working toilet is a serious issue and should be treated as an emergency. On top of these problems, the manager has been rude and dismissive when concerns are brought up. This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I’m sharing this so future renters are aware before signing a lease.

Lived here for over 4 years and this last year was the worst. Cars being broken, rowdy neighbors, management says one thing, then changes it in a note Had the hardest time getting through the phone to talk to management.

Awful managers and maintenance is not the best. I've lived here several years and the place has gone down the toilet. The manager is so rude and when you call to find out about a maintenance request, they make up excuses as to why the request can't be done. My AC hasn't been working and they keep giving me lame excuses as to why it doesn't work. They also allow other tenants with dogs to poop everywhere without enforcing the cleaning rules. Only good experiences since I’ve moved in. The maintenance team is great with getting any work order done and Priscilla is ALWAYS friendly towards any issue that I've had. Even while I was away on vacation her and the maintenance team managed to pick up my incoming packages from my door so they didn’t get stolen. It’s a relief knowing they look out for their tenants!

I stayed there for about 6 months and had no issues. Admins where always polite and on task. Any issues I had they mat pretty quickly. Didn't personally use the pool that much but it was clean when I did use it. Definitely recommended staying here. Very affordable and great interior
