Paseo Verde provides modern spacious apartment living, with some of the best amenities. Unfortunately, the staff is extremely short, particularly the Maintenance staff. There are 3 buildings to care for and not enough staff. This is evident by how long it takes for the simplest requests for maintenance and repair to be addressed. It took nearly a month to get the broken washer in my apartment repaired/replaced. There is a trash room on each floor. The tenants throw the trash in the floor and not down the trash chutes provided. The room will absolutely cause rats to penetrate the building. Paseo has a thorough arrangement for exterminating to combat rodents, roaches, etc, yet the tenants make it harder, as they just don't care about helping to keep the building, their home, clean. I’ve been living here for 4 years. It’s been several different management companies since I’ve moved in. The latest company Winn property management. They never answer the phone. They sit right in the office & let the phone ring off the hook. There is always a closed sign on the office door. Even though the staff sits right in there. On Mondays the office is closed. They do not update their payment system. That they encouraged everyone to use. Only one elevator is working. The other has been out of service for over a year. Packages get stolen. A lot of loitering. Kids hang out in the lobby. Eating fast food. Leaving their trash everywhere. Trash rooms are disgustingly nasty. Filled with gnats. The tenants put their trash right on the floor. Then complain of bugs. The trash shoot sometimes
Odilile and Ashley has been so patient with me and my girlfriend, we were so indecisive and stalling and they just been so patient with us, they worked with us with waiting for security deposit we even signed the lease during the concession months which was a big help to us, Thank you Ody and Ashley we really appreciate you time, empathy and patience, we are definitely enjoying our space.
I have fond memories of this place, where I lived for 4–5 years before the pandemic. When I first moved in, it was highly sought after, with waiting lists that took months. I was lucky at the time, persistently visiting the front desk several times a week, and eventually secured a unit that I was very satisfied with. Back then, the apartment was still new, with no signs of rodents or cockroaches, and the location was great—right next to the train station, making it easy for me to commute to work even without driving. Additionally, the underground parking garage provided excellent facilities, even in a city setting. However, over the years, the management team and surrounding safety deteriorated, especially during my last year there. One notable incident involved their lease renewal proces
