Paseo Palms Apartments

I am so comfortable living here at Paseo Palms, this place truly makes it feel like home. Armando is a great manager, he helps with any questions or concerns you may have and gets back to you quickly. The environment is always clean so my kids can play out in the grass.

I have been at this property for 7 years and have never had an issue. The apt manager Genessie is very professional and polite. Great personality! Always willing to answer my questions and very efficient and always prompt if I have a maintenance request. If you're looking for an apartment I highly recommend it.

Genessie, the property manager there was extremely helpful every step of the way. She made sure the process went without trouble. She always stayed in contact with me keeping me updated with the application process. Definitely 5 stars! I would recommend Paseo Palms and the property manager to anyone looking for a future place to stay!!

I love living at Paseo Palms our recent new manager Genessie Martinez is amazing. She makes me feel at home every time I walk in the office the environment and atmosphere is extremely positive. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Property is nice and calm and management is nice and understanding and patient .but maintenance on the other hand are kind of rude . I said goodmorning the other day and they ignored me . And it seems they get annoyed when I need to call about something that broke or that needs fixing . As if I do it on purpose, its not like the apartment was brand new when we moved in, so.sometimes I feel attitude towards them.
