Compared to other apartments, these are very spacious and fair with their price. For me, having washer and dryer was a must and I am glad these apartments offer washer and dryer inside every unit. Whenever I’ve had maintenance requests, they are very quick with repairs. Jennifer has always been so helpful with any inquiries. I will totally recommend these apartments to my love ones.

First of all, I just want to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent in these apartments in the last 2 years. My wife and I are current tenants here and we plan to stay another year, at least. Jennifer, the apartment manager, has always gone above and beyond to meet our needs as residents. She made it so easy and convenient for us to become tenants while we were still living in South Texas. If there is ever an issue (which is rare), she is quick to respond and resolve the issue. Perfect example, tonight our AC went out and Jennifer immediately sent over Juan, the maintenance guy, to come and fix it since it’s the middle of summer. It's an amazing place to live at. Ms. Judith Diaz was very friendly and helpful throughout my 2 year stay at the apartments. Since day one she made me feel at home. The apartments are clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved the fact that all of the appliances were always 100% working and kept up if needed. The location is great since you have quick access to main roads in the area. It was an overall awesome experience for me. Thank you

I think it’s a nice beginner apartment. I think the pictures most definitely look better than how it looks in person. I don’t like how low the ceilings are. I’m under 5’5 and if I stand on my tippy toes, I can touch the ceiling. There’s not a lot of closet space, so you’ll have to buy some racks or something. There’s plenty of parking so that’s good. There’s a lot of sinks without cabinets underneath them so you will have to create your own storage space and buy a curtain. I think the floor plans make them look a lot bigger than what they are. It’s located by the boarder so usually there is a lot of traffic and construction. You have to plan to leave earlier than expected. Jennifer is okay at responding back to messages. Ever since they changed management (owner) a lot of people have been moving out. I have not seen these many units available. Pest control are no longer sent, complex always looking dirty, management chose what inquiries (repairs) they will and will not do by simply ignoring your request if they decide not to repair. Will be moving out as well.
