Tim is all about the money and doesn't care about you after you sign and give him his money. I've met more residents here at the paddock that feel the same way. Unfortunately Tim doesn't care and never will. He is a worthless individual. He will answer someday to his maker for his ethics and behavior. I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone to purchase property from him now or in the future. Run away if you see it's a pasch property. I'm sure his father would be extremely disappointed in him. He's worthless. No wonder he's constantly claiming bankruptcy!

Bad business - New homes being built, change the pricing on the rental which clearly stating $1350.00 on the web page however when receive the leasing agreement the new prices was $1395.00 and we were not informed of the change in advance only received an excuse that we were quoted the wrong price (But it clearly stated on the web page $1350.00- which has change now). Can't seem to get there schedules in coordination with what they are telling their customers. It has been nothing but an inconvenience and they offer no compensation for their mistakes. Have to wait 3 days to receive a refund of a security deposit when clearly Mr. Tim Pasch should meet with their potential rental prospect and assure them of a better way to do business. Terrible

I would not recommend this company to anyone, in fact, I would actively recommend others avoid renting from this company. The owner, Tim, was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me over the phone while I was a prospective tenant in response to a simple question about their pet policy. In addition, I was told multiple times someone would reach out to me regarding various things, and no one ever did. Overall, this entire experience was terrible and regrettable as I regret even paying the $65 to apply which took over a week to be approved. I wish I would have read more of these reviews sooner, and I hope my review saves others from being treated as rudely and unprofessionally as I was.

SAVE EVERY INVOICE AND CHECK IF YOU CHOOSE TO WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Currently living in Greenbriar Estates now and CAN NOT WAIT until our lease is up to get out. Not only did we have to pay an outrageous fee for our second pet but our paper work that we had filled out wasn't even filed correctly.After Katie had left I called in there for a separate issue and there was no knowledge of the paperwork and fee she had us fill out and pay. 6 times I have gotten phone calls stating I had a past due balance and 4 out of the 6 times they were mistaken. Once I was even asked to drive out there so I could show them all my PAID invoices along with checks and check numbers. Tim has been an awesome person to work with. He really knows the business inside and out, and has helped me navigate a lot of special conditions regarding the purchase of a few properties. Not to mention he has saved me a TON of money because of his connections AND knowledge of the marketplace. Could not recommend Pasch Companies enough.
