Pasadena Condominium Management

I live in a community where every other unit is renter-occupied, and I am the only owner-occupied resident. Because of this, I am the only person consistently reporting issues to Pasadena Condominium Management. Instead of addressing documented problems, PCM dismisses them outright simply because there is “only one complaint.” PCM equates volume with validity, which makes them completely ineffective at managing a property responsibly.

I DO NOT recommend them. This company lies when people's health are in jeordy, are unresponsive to owners emails, ignore basic maintenance to the complex devaluing the property value for future sale, and have questionable financial practices. There have been a total of 4 units with mold that I am aware of, mine included. The owner of my unit was on the ball and took action. I ended up being displaced for two months because PCM Management dragged it out unessarly. At one point I called the vendor that was working on the unit because it had gone on too long. I asked when they would be able to come give the estimate for the next step in the remediation. PCM had been blaming the vendor, stating they didn't have any time available to come out.
