I’ve had a good experience living at Partridge Run. This is such a great dog-friendly and family-oriented community. There are always friendly neighbors out walking their dogs or spending time outside with their kids. It feels safe, welcoming, and genuinely community focused. The maintenance team deserves special recognition. Requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and they’re always respectful and thorough. It makes such a difference knowing that if something needs attention, it won’t be ignored. The management staff is also responsive and communicative. It’s been several weeks since I moved into the complex, and my experience, from the leasing process to daily life has been great. I’d like to personally thank Julian and Kiara for their guidance and attentiveness. They were professional and helpful throughout the process, and the maintenance staff has been efficient whenever I’ve encountered issues in the apartment. This is a peaceful community with many nearby restaurants and grocery stores!

We been living here at Partridge Run for the past 4 years!! We presently had an appliance replace which we are very happy with. Freddie and Jimmy who completed the job with professionalism and a deep care for our personal items. They were clean and did the job in a very timely matter. Management along with crew have taken care of any of the needs we had in the apt and also due to my physical disabilities. You a great group of people employed at Partridge Run. Thank you very much. I have moved in Jan, and manager Kiera are really help me a lot. Julian is the front is always be very kindly and answer me all the questions. They are very professional and there is no any problem after I move in 2 month. Highly recommend.

I've lived in Partridge Run for many years, and it has always been a great experience. We have a dog park now which my dog loves, and there are many quiet courtyards to enjoy. I recommend taking a look here, its nice being so close to routes 80/280/46. Julian and Kiara are great too!
