Partnership Property Management

For the past four weeks, I have made numerous attempts to contact Partnership Property Management regarding an unresolved maintenance issue at the Villas of Hickory Tree. I have left multiple messages, spoken with office staff, and was told that my notes were personally delivered to the maintenance coordinator. I have also reached out directly to the property manager. Despite all these efforts, I have not received a single return call or update. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable—particularly for a community that houses senior citizens and individuals with disabilities. Residents depend on timely maintenance and reliable communication to ensure their safety and quality of life. We have an amazing office manager at East Haven in Swannanoa. She keeps our complex clean, safe and happy. It's all in the management you get at your complex (in my experience) and we got really lucky here!! I lived at an apartment complex in Arden years ago that had beautiful apartments but it was terrible because of the manager, who never showed up for the tenants because they simply just didn't care about us! But our manager here at East Haven is amazing! During Helene, she was here with us day in and day out, gathering supplies, feeding people, helping people get assistance for bills and more! these people are the most sorry company to work with, if you a contractor, RUN!!!! do not do work for them unless you like to chase your money down, office staff is LAZY!!! once I collect my money they cant call me no more

This partnership management is so unprofessional. I used to reside in a complex in winston Salem and the office people are terrible communicators. They are disrespectful. There was about 12 car break-ins in my complex and the office did nothing about it and they also denied having camera footage of it. The Essex place office is only open 2 day out of the week and out of those 2 days the lady isn’t on time and then has a terrible demeanor. A private contractor can and looked at the apartment and told a few residents that these apartments were not completely ready to be moved into. There was a period when no one was in office for 6 months and couldn’t get any assistance. My unit specifically had a leak in a room that I had no key too. I stayed there for 3 years and no one ever came to fix it
