My experience renting with Partlow has been exemplary. They went above and beyond to qualify me as a tenant… they looked at me as a person, not a set of numbers. On move-in, my new unit was immaculate—clean and fresh in every way. Since then, any need I’ve had for maintenance has been taken seriously, and taken care of quickly. The staff is very courteous and professional, and always treat me with respect. Shopping around in a crazy rental market, they are one of the few local property management companies that don’t try to gouge you with outrageous rent and extra fees. I highly recommend Partlow… I feel valued as a tenant and human being.

I'm an owner of one townhouse. The level of professionalism with which Partlow manages it, however, is what I'd expect if I had a large apartment building or a grand home. Partlow has managed it since 2013. They are awesome! They definitely do their due diligence. The requirements and expectations for both tenants and owners are very clear and reasonable. Everyone I've met who does business with them as a tenant or owner has been very satisfied. The current tenant has lived in the townhouse for about six years. Monthly reports and year-end reports are always timely. Partlow is easy to reach if I have any questions. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I’ve been a renter for ten years and have never such a terrible renting experience as I did with Partlow. I’m baffled as to how they continue to legally operate. Where to even begin… 1. How they treat tenants: Partlow’s blatant disregard for me as a tenant was on near-constant display in my 2 years renting with them. I communicated to Partlow many times that I am a night shift worker and need to sleep during the day in order to work overnight. Instead, I had to call out of work because Partlow gave me ZERO notice that roofing repairs were being done on my house, and I could not sleep due to the construction going on all day. The second time I missed work it was because a huge dumpster was left directly behind my garage, with no way to get my car out. Partlow took no immediate action (in f

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. Your management team has proven to be impossible to contact, and your business practices are nothing short of predatory. Not only have you unjustly raised rent and begun charging $75/month for parking—which has historically been included—but you have also failed to address critical issues that directly impact the health and safety of your tenants. The following is a list of documented issues for which you have failed to provide a timely and adequate response: Cockroach Infestation: On June 17, 2025, the other tenants and I reported a severe cockroach infestation. Your office acknowledged being aware of the problem a week earlier, yet you scheduled treatment no sooner than August 25. This delay in addressing a serious health hazard is c

I would not recommend renting from this company. They are very slow to respond to calls and maintenance request if they ever do. They do not care about their tenants. When we moved out they kept our entire security deposit and wanted several hundred dollars more for cleaning things like the floors which we had cleaned and not stepped foot on after it was clean. We tried to fight back they listened for the first while and said they’d help, but then they flat out started ignoring our calls and emails. We had spent multiple days cleaning the house according to their cleaning list leaving everything spotless. On top of that when we moved in the floors were filthy! Full of cat/dog hair and full of dirt. If you want your security deposit back after you move out, DO NOT rent from Partlow!! A very
