Parsons Place

Received my brand new washer today!!! Much thanks to Ms. Debbie at the leasing office as well as the maintenance guys (didn't get their names). She stayed on top of it and I'm truly grateful.

I’ve been in my townhouse for almost 2 years and I love it. I know E St Louis has a bad reputation but this neighborhood is really nice and quiet honestly. My kids are able to go outside and enjoy themselves with other kids in the neighborhood with no problems.

Moved in Friday and everything is amazing i recommend everyone to check out Parsons Place please

Parsons place has went down. They got a one man cutting service who was cutting grass at 9:00 p.m. last night. The parking is out of control, no rules and empty threats. Repairs and preventative maintenance is a joke. I haven't even heard back on a number of work orders I placed. The appliances and doors and windows are old and need replaced. The rent goes up every year but there are no improvements to the property. I'm paying enough to get my own home now. So that's what I'm doing, looking to get out of here before someone get killed back here in this alley where they sell dope and arguing over parking. It's sad out here now and the management does nothing but look for ways to raise the rent.

I moved from Tennessee back to Illinois and this was my first pick. Although over the phone I was having trouble hearing but I went to the office. They were so polite and helpful with showing me the process of the application and explaining to me that because I am on section 8 the process may take a little longer. They have a great move-in special and I pray me and my twin boys get a move in. They have a very clean and neat area probably the best place in East St. Louis that I’ve seen so far. They have a huge park and a pool and again the property manager was so polite and prompt, and her assistant was just as great. I do hope I get a chance to live there so far my experience was great.
