Parque de Oro Apartments

I lived there for a year and everything is Ok. my main issue was when I left. Turn in keys with apartment looking sparkles and they don't want to give me back my full deposit, they didn't provide the exact paint and want to charge me. I understand it is my responsibility to provide the apartment back to them in good conditions. In fact, the apartment was left in better condition than received… however it is managements responsibility to ensure they are providing tenants accurate information in order to prevent move out charges from happening.

I did like it at 1st . Rebecca was kind and understanding. But being yelled at after I asked for more time to pay rent I ended up just breaking my lease. I had just lost my grandma and a job during the time of my lease. Neighbors was kind and it was a quite complex but after the customer experience I had was a no go. To the lady that yelled at me while im trying to grieve my grandma I hope you have a good year and I hope god blesses your heart.

Started my lease today, the apartment management is amazing and answered any questions I had. Very friendly and respectful

These are by far some of the worst apartments i've ever experienced! They will charge you for just about anything even damaged you didn't do. Even with walk throughs they will find something to change you for . They are very dishonest and unprofessional! Office staff treat their tenants horribly!
