Parq on 50th Apartments

I am a prior resident, and this review is very important for anyone looking into moving here. I genuinely do not want you to go through what I did. I am a single woman who lived here. If I could give Park on 50th ZERO stars, I would. The entire company BH management is by far the worst in apartment management company in Arizona. This apartment complex was the most disturbing, stressful, and disgusting living experience I’ve ever had. Let’s start with the most serious part: I was harassed by a maintenance worker named Charles, who made repeated inappropriate comments to me in my own home. He asked for my number, made remarks like, “I’m coming to your Thanksgiving with your family,” and even said, “I have a key, I can come in anytime you need me.” He made comments about my feet, and I submi

Okay, I've been a resident of this complex since last October so I've had ample opportunity to experience life here and the Management and Maintenance staff and I can't begin to sing their praises. When I did move in it was a difficult transition in my life but Lydia and Elizabeth went out of their way to make the move-in as smooth as possible. Phone calls were answered promptly or messages were returned swiftly. Let me take this opportunity to highlight all the staff here. Maintenance orders are responded to same day sometimes, or you'll see them the next day. The location is superb, we're on Thomas but far back enough that traffic noise is no problem. It's a gated community so security isn't really an issue. Plus you can't beat essentially being in Arcadia, I really enjoy the view of Cam
