Parla Apartments

I’ve been here for two weeks now, and this is by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. It’s safe, beautiful, and very well maintained. The support I received both before and after my move has been phenomenal. Mitchell was amazing throughout the application process—he handled several issues professionally, kept me informed every step of the way, and even followed up on his day off. He truly went above and beyond to get my application approved. When a concession was accidentally left out of my contract, he made every effort to resolve it before leaving Parla. Debbie followed up the next morning and promptly fixed the issue. I genuinely appreciate all the assistance and care I’ve received from the management team.

Absolutely love living at Parla! The property is always so clean, and the maintenance manager is always happy to help with any repairs and concerns that need attention! Every time I see him, he opens the door for me, and says “good afternoon mam”, which just makes Parla a place that is courteous and kind. He’s always smiling while he works, even though he’s always physically working so hard, which truly makes me feel cared for! If he sees me with my arms full, he grabs the front door, and tries to give me a cart, to help me get to my unit with no trouble. He’s the kindest, hardest working individual that I’ve ever met! I am coming up on my eighth year living at Parla! The amenities are fantastic, and the location is perfect. Lots of walkable grocery stores and restaurants. And my dog and I can walk to the beach! Staff is super friendly and helpful!

I’ve had such a great experience living here, and a big part of that is thanks to Debbie (community manager). She has been helpful, professional, and genuinely seems to care about the residents. The rooftop amenities are a huge bonus – perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends. I especially love the planters up there; they add such a nice touch of greenery. The entire building is kept incredibly clean, which makes a big difference day to day. You can tell there’s pride taken in keeping the community well-maintained!!

My experience at Parla has been nothing short of wonderful, thanks in large part to one exceptional person – Mitchell Thompson. Mitchell is consistently friendly, kind, and generous with his time, always placing the needs of residents above everything else. His dedication and positivity bring so much joy and happiness to our community, making Parla feel like a truly special place to call home.
