Whoever Keisha is who answered the phone this morning, attitude was disgusting. Speaking very rude to me and my father, when I called to speak about an issue. Anyone other than her is usually so pleasant.

My mother has been living in this community for 27 years and she loves it there! Very easy to work with them! There is an employee named Neetu there… she is always ready to help whenever we have an issue! Great job! 👏🏼

I've now lived here quite a few months. This weekend there was no heat or hot water. I read reviews and knew there might be bugs, but my neighbor who has been here years has told me the filthy cockroaches never leave no matter what one may do. Spacious enough apartment with great closet space, but not a single laundrymat will both wash AND dry clothes, bugs that literally live on filthy and no ability to shower or get warm? Horrible!

I wish this place informed their tenants of their cockroach problem! I moved in 9/16/24, and since 12/19 I have called the exterminators for roaches FOUR TIMES. The most they can do is spray every 2 weeks. The roaches don’t go away. And they have heat problems! I had no hot water twice during the weekend. AND they never have working washer and dryers. I will NOT be renewing my lease and I am TRULY DISGUSTED in this place. Do NOT move in here unless you want roaches as pets.

The neighborhood park is not suitable for kids to play in regardless of rain or not. The park is small and a mess for kids to play. The puddles are filled with bugs and there’s not other place for kids to play.
