Parkwood Apartments

We moved in about 6 years ago. It went from 1 year Lease to now only 6 month lease. Everytime our rent would jump about $50-75 a month more. We love living here but hate the noise around us. The doors dont close right and the air from outside comes in. We use to get our AC filters from on site manager but recently was told Property Management Company said we now have to replace them ourselves. We really adore the on site manager and she is like family but that Management company is renovating these apartments for starting $925 a month. Guess Loyalty doesn't count for much.. Still no dishwashers. No extra features. The washer and dryers come with the apartment but you have to go outside to get to them. We have a new set, so we don't need that but to renew we have to move into a ren

The posted phone number is out of service, no one to talk to to schedule an appointment to tour the property, to see a demo unit, no one cares for new potential tenants. As far as me, I'm already looking to rent someplace else...

The manager was a wonderful lady I could of called her family her family and her self is very careing loving wonderful people if I had to choose I would move right back there I love you guys

The office staff is great seems like everybody living here enjoys it loves it nice place for kids to live
