Management refuses to fix anything. A matter of fact, she actually ignores any and all requests for maintenance. No refrigerator work right and the same goes for the stove, air conditioning, electrical outlets etc. When I complained about my air conditioning last summer, the maintenance man Johnathan said it was because the Flux Compasidor, mmm sounds like he watched Back to the future way too many times or he treating me like I am an idiot, now mind you I worked plenty of remodeling jobs and his answer to everything was the Flux compositor. We in an area where every single morning between 3AM and 5 AM there are gun fires sounding off. Don't believe me hang out between those hours.

Wish I could give no stars! Our ac went out and landlord said it would be better if we told them in advance about the problem like we can predict when our ac will go out. Instead of having someone come fix our ac she tells us she will have a worker do it in the morning, let’s keep in mind it’s summer and it’s 90 in our unit and 100 outside. Instead of having a 23/7 AC company come fix it. we have a 2yr old 2 dogs and my girlfriend is 4 months pregnant. We don’t move because we cant afford it. So before you try and look to move in DONT! I pray others don’t have to deal with this. I also hope who ever owns these apartments do something before it ends up turning into a lawsuit from any tenants if not all. If your A/C goes out, and it will(more than once every summer), you will go days without it in 110° weather. They say, it's unimportant (non-emergency). When moving out, do walk through with them or they will charge you for their own damage( broken refrigerator parts they give you that way, improper outlet hookups their maintenance guys do, and anything they can since you weren't there to disapprove). "CROOKS!".LAZY office staff, incapable staff all together. Maintenance guys come in without you opening the door. They just knock & open. Be careful. Much more...... Don't rent here. We needed something month to month while we closed escrow on our purchase. This worked, but when it came to getting our deposit back, I left over a dozen messages and had to block my number before Sophia would actually take my call. Then she told us that the cleaning person charged $200 to clean a 2 bedroom apartment that is under 1,000 sq ft with no furniture in it. $200! Clearly it is a friend of Sophia’s and she lets them take advantage of residents when they move out. I just had a cleaning person come in and do a one time deep clean of my house and it cost $120. They will take advantage of you when you move. So if you don’t need to watch your money, then stay here. But if you are like me and need every penny, stay away!!

I had submitted and paid the application fee for these apartments back in June and received an email stating they could not get a hold of my current landlord. Since then I had been calling them to update the email but I was not able to get a hold of anyone. I had attempted calling for about 4 days but the phone would just continue to ring, eventually I did leave a voicemail but never got a call back. Later, I noticed they took off the listing and re-added it and the price was increased. I then processed to email regarding the same unit since I was still interested but no reply back. Very unprofessional! I am attempting to relocate to be closer to my job at the hospital and assumed these apartments would be great, but apparently no one is ever in the office.
