Parkwood Apartments

I have been living here under a week and I am enjoying living here already. It’s quiet, nobody bothers you, neighbors are nice and everyone minds their business so far. Sarah in the office is absolutely amazing she makes the process of moving in so smooth and easy. The maintenance team is amazing! I have put In a few requests and they came in a timely manner to fix my issues. So far so good!!!!

I have lived here for a year. Its a great Location and very quiet. The buildings are older, but they have done alot to modernize them - really nice layout. Sarah the Property Manager has always been responsive and helpful. The one thing I would say is Maintenance but those seem to be better - hard to find good help...so I dont really blame them because they really seem to want to make things right. Nice Pool, Dog park and walking trail...Woodsy vibe...

I wouldn’t choose to rent here again. Multiple requests put in and would be marked completed when absolutely nothing was done. Sometimes would take days to get get heater/AC fixed even thought it’s considered and emergency maintenance issue. Mold growing on ceiling and nothing was done for a few days. Overpriced for the conditions of the apartment. I will say it’s a quiet area and for the most part clean community. Staff is friendly.

Do not waste your money on this Ginkgo property. All these good reviews are the result of incentives offered to residents. The PROPERTY MANAGER will run around south end when she’s visiting the bars speaking on your name… even the portal for ginkgo to report such behavior isn’t working. The maintenance is AWFUL. I made service request for my heat on 12/2 marked as resolved and still not as of 2/11. Additionally the electric outlets don’t work in half the apartment. Marked resolved. Still a gaping hole above my shower that randomly leaks water. Marked resolved. There’s mold in the bathrooms due to poor ventilation. Not addressed. Let’s not forget the awful bug infestation from all the litter and trash. Once service request were put in initially management offered to terminate lease early in

I have nothing bad to say. The complex is clean and quiet. Vernon is great for the maintenance/team and address issues in a timely manner always. Ms.Sara is very helpful and polite. I have been here 5 months.
