ParkWest Apartments

I have been a resident of Park West apartments for almost four years now. I had to travel out of the country in November due to a family emergency. To be honest I was on the fence about renewing my lease once I returned home. But, I can already see positive changes.Hey, the gate is even working!Great job! I plan on introducing myself to the office staff who I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet.. The property looks so much cleaner and it was refreshing to return home to this change. I was glad to see Jessie still working hard and friendly and there is a new staff member that always waves and smiles when I drive past to park my car. I have asked for his assistance on two separate occasions. I believe his name is Calvin. Each time he immediately helped me and was kind at the same time.

This has been my favorite apartment and I've been renting for over 10 yrs. The theater room is awesome. They have 3 pools and a dog park and my home has the smart tech features. First time I've had that in any apartment. Its so convenient, not sure I can go without that now. PRICES ARE INCREDIBLE!! Very glad I found this place.

Living at Park West Apartments has been a rollercoaster ride different management changing and some not for the better. Now it is wonderful! Talk about a 360 change from before. The management we have now and the other staff are attentive, nice, warm and welcoming. You can go to them with any concerns or questions and they will assist you. It has been a breath of fresh air, just like when we first moved in. I like to thank Tammy and Anthony for all their help and Christina and the other wonderful ladies up front. THANK YOU ALL!

They have good service and more! I love it

Very unprofessional , very ghetto and they don’t care about their tenants!! Although I didn’t have any issues with roaches or rodents when I first moved into the apartments, the leasing agent advise that she didn’t know if apartment was clean or not so if it was, it wasn’t on her… she handed me the keys and I had to find the apartment When I walked into the apartment after driving almost 24 hours to get there the apartment was disgusting there was urine on the toilet and it wasn’t clean at all. The walls were dirty. The carpet was disgusting the vents had noticeable buildup of dust the counters were dirty from the previous renter. The cabinets had dead roaches……..I brought it to their attention immediately and they didn’t offer anything to help resolve the issue….fast forward a year later
