Parkways on Prairie Creek

Parkways on Prairie Creek is the most affordable, comfortable, and attractive place to live. I relocated to Grand Prairie from Michigan. I looked at 28 apartments and this was my 1st choice and the process was seamless long distance. I love the clubhouse facilities and amenities. Maintenance requests are done expeditiously and it’s quiet. I love my new home!

At first the move in process was a little rocky and annoying because of an old tenant, but Mya was very patient and accommodating during the process and made it worthwhile. After a month of living here, I will say these apartments are pretty peaceful and quiet. There are no bugs, maintenance is quick and helpful, and it’s a clean complex. I will say walls are kinda thin you can hear when people are walking all heavy on top of you, but that’s pretty normal in apartments.

I had such a great experience working with Mya Tobias and Chauntee. They made my move-in process super smooth and stress-free! From the first visit to signing the lease, they were professional, responsive, and always ready to answer my questions. I really appreciated their patience and helpful attitude — everything went perfectly thanks to them. Highly recommend!

There should be no reason that a resident have cars they fix in the apartment complex taking up all the parking . In building 13 there is multiple cars without of date tags taking up all the parking at least park in visitors instead your inconsiderate a use the only parking available for your stalled vehicles. Old Mercedes Benz, Hyundai ELANTRA, and a white old-school truck. Office personnel needs to do better with what’s going on on the property EDIT: NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE CARS ARE ALL STILL SITTING HERE WITH NO TAGS TAKING UP ALL THE SPACES!!! DO YOUR JOBS

Shoutout to Jackie at the front desk who was so kind and friendly! She answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel annoying at all! The model apartment was nice, and the community seems safe and quiet. It's very cute and well-kept! Will update my review once I move in! (pictures attached are of the model unit) Edit after living here for a year: lots of families so that made the complex feel more safe. My biggest concern was that lot of people here smoke weed. My downstairs neighbors smoked so much that my apartment often smelled like it, to the point that I was worried the smoke would linger on my clothes. Not much happened in terms of enforcing the no smoking policy. I occasionally had roaches in my apartment (despite keeping it clean), but pest control would come the same day
