I agree with previous reviews. Our experience was very frustrating while renting. Mismanagement of property, even advised homeowner of this during their walkthrough. Refusing to give security deposit back. They try to pick and choose which parts of the lease they want to enforce and which parts apply to the tenants. That’s not how a lease works—you can’t selectively honor certain clauses. It’s sad that almost every property management company in Bismarck is known for pulling stunts like this. This needs to stop. I encourage everyone to file complaints with the ND Attorney General, ND Housing Department, and the North Dakota Real Estate Commission.

Do not expect this company to refund your security deposit. They must find a way to take all of the money. If you like, make the apartment better than how it used to be. Again, my identity was stolen while living in one of their properties. Beware.

Parkway Property Management has been a very good to me. I have no complaints. they are easy to work with.

I called concerning a problem with my bank account, not wanting to have it be late... the Lady that took my call was so helpful in checking my status, and helping me get some Pease of mind.

Terrible property management company. Mismanagement of properties, suspect fees and maintenance costs. I would never recommend anyone using them.
