I have been very stressed out by the plethora of maintenance problems here, including very noisy heating system, problems with kitchen sink, difficult to flush toilet, AC dumping water on living room carpet, tub plug and faucet not working properly, difficult to flush toilet, flooding of patio up to patio door, as well as rude manager, all within the first year here. The grounds are pretty.
I really enjoy living here. It is worth the wait. The staff is friendly and welcoming as are most of the residents. The grounds are nicely landscaped and maintained.
