Parkway Oaks Townhomes and Duplexes

We rented here for just over three years. I'll try to be as objective and fair as possible. The pros: -Reasonably priced for the space. -Overall, timely and receptive staff when it comes to work orders and questions. Cons: -The area has really gone down hill recently. There are cops/ambulances/firetrucks with sirens blaring that come down Englewood at least 4 times per week in the middle of the night. We have heard gunshots across the street 10-15 times since moving here. -At the end of the day, they are only about their bottom dollar. We had a combination of unforeseen circumstances that forced us to break our lease early. Despite being loyal residents for more than 3 years without ever being late on a payment, they had no desire to work with us on the buyout fee or show any sort of emp

The management of this place is horrible. They're rude to your face. They'll lie to your face. They'll falsely accuse you of things. Rent here at your own risk. They refuse to return my deposit and will call the on me for trespassing if I show up at their office. The management is the worst ever. I lived here years ago, and I'm still livid about my experience with them, I hope their main office gets a drive-by.

I really like this place. The homes are nice, it’s in a great area and it’s pretty quiet and peaceful. The only issues are below The city handles trash/recycling and are completely careless and don’t allow trash/recycling to be put in covered bins so every trash day looks like a trash apocalypse. Sadly enough people don’t care to clean up their trash/recycling that has blown away and it’s gotten to the point where when I’m walking my dog it’s almost hazardous because of the plethora of things on the ground for him to get a hold of. If I ran a complex this would not be something that I’d send out a gentle email about. This needs to be taken care of now.

These seem like nice places but when your phone calls aren't responded to it is difficult to get in and see one. Call Falcon Falls and if you are really lucky you will get to talk to Alexis. She is a real gem if you enjoy being treated like trash. Look somewhere else, but avoid Falcon and Parkway.

I saw the $400.00 non refundable administration fee and knew that management here is horrible. Are they really stealing people's money like that? Do better.
