Parkway Heights Apartments

Was told not to smoke in 'certain parts' of the apartment (specifically the bathroom), although it was not a non-smoking apt. Kids playing indoors is not allowed (liked) at 2:30 in the afternoon on a rainy day as it is apparently too loud for the manager due to creaky floors. Was told not to take showers after 10 pm, because pipes are "too big" (outdated) and "loud." I almost had my car towed without any notice whatsoever, I just happened to look out and see the tow truck but was never told to move my car or that they had an issue about my car at all. It was just in one spot too long, I assume. They assumed it wasn't working and decided to call a tow truck before giving me any written or verbal notice to address the issue. I would have moved the car simply for the asking, but I didn't even

My and my family feel like outsiders here ever since we moved in 2021 …extremely loud and disrespectful neighbors;90% of the tenants being albanian. Loud pipes when we use water,us being on the ground floor apartment… upstairs neighbors being the worst kinda people,stomping all the time,moving furniture on a daily basis and washing clothes in the bath tub! Worst decision ever to move here. Currently saving up to move out of here
