I've had a great experience living here for the past two years. Maintenance has been on top of things consistently and I've never had to wait more than a day or two for things to be replaced. Jeff and Mike have been great with keeping up the property. The property itself is nice and the current manager is accessible and easy to get in touch with.

The new maintenance guy, Mike, is amazing! Our fridge wasn’t cooling properly, and he came by first thing the next morning after getting the work order to defrost and fix it. Super quick and helpful!

Avoid this place at all costs. I lived here for one year and it was nothing short of a disaster. Right off the bat I had to sign my lease three separate times (which was like 50 signatures each time) because they kept getting information wrong in it. I picked this place largely due to the onsite dog park, which is essentially unusable 99% of the time as no one cleans up after their pets and the waste stations are never emptied. It’s difficult to walk dogs on the property due to the large number of aggressive dogs present with owners who cannot control them. I had things stolen off my porch by transients more than once, after being told during my tour that there was no issue with the transient community frequenting the property and then later find out my neighbors have found them sleeping o

It's really a bummer that the management company is so awful because living here was otherwise very nice. Maintenance was relatively on top of things. I think the longest we had to wait for something to be fixed was like a day and a half. But anytime we had tried to contact anyone besides maintenance, it was terribly hit or miss. Sometimes they'd respond, sometimes we just never heard back. It's not too bad as long as you're staying there but be warned if you're trying to move out. You have to submit written notice of your intent to leave but it's impossible to do because people aren't in the office when their posted hours claim, there is no contact information readily available, and even if you manage to find an email address to reach out to, they'll probably never check that email addre

After two years of living here, these are the issues I've had. I initially asked for a move-in walk through (as everyone should do) which never happened. I did receive the walk through sheet but no one would answer my call in the office to schedule and actual walk through. After the first year my roommate moved out and I had another roommate moving in. I had asked the office to remove the first roommate and add the other. They removed the roommate but never added the other (meaning she now has a year without rental history). Through the ENTIRETY of my 2 year lease they have never once charged me A) the correct amount for rent, B) the rent varied over a good amount of months.
