Parkway at Hunter's Creek

Sad to leave the Parkway, it was a great place to live! Pros -Staff/Maintenance: everyone is so friendly, and the few maintenance issues I had were taken care of right away. -Renovated apartment with a perfect layout. I love that my apartment had a den! -Location! So close to 417, walking distance to grocery, short drive to shopping and restaurants -Spent SO many hours at the pool! Love that there are two pools, it never got too busy. Cons -Noise: Right off JYP so the traffic is loud. The walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors chatting/baby crying at night. -Lots of neighbors don't pick up their dog poop. I also had three run-ins with neighbors' off-leash dogs while I was walking my own dogs, which is always scary. -Flooding/mud: after big rains it gets very muddy around the comple

Very nice and friendly staff, always addresses my concerns promptly and professionally. I’ve been a resident for a few years now and I can’t complain. They are all good from the office personnel to the maintenance staff. One particular staff member who I deal with the most and is always attentive to my requests is Mara, she’s a sweetheart and a valuable asset to making sure things get done right the first time.

Living here has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Security is practically nonexistent. All access gates are constantly left open, and because of this lack of control, my vehicle was stolen from inside the property using a tow truck. Management refused to take any responsibility, even though the failure to secure the property is obvious and ongoing. Anyone can come in at any time — it feels like public property, not a gated community. Maintenance is terrible and neglectful. Since the day I moved in, there has been moisture and mold issues, and during rainy weather there are leaks; with heavy rain, areas flood. I reported a closet light switch over 6 months ago, and to this day, no one has fixed it. This property clearly does not invest back into maintenance or rep

We are very happy with the welcome we received. All the staff are friendly and Mara was incredible. She accompanied us every step of the way, helped us with the formalities and took a lot of time to explain everything to us. We are extremely grateful to her.

Ms. Hilda is absolutely amazing. My move in process was seamless from the start. i was informed of all of my steps to get everything prepped and confirmed and she never left my side. all my questions were answered and my heart is at ease! thank you Ms. Hilda
