ParkVue at Livingston

Had a pleasant experience when dealing with management of this property. Lois and Stacey from the leasing office were excellent facilitators and were very responsive. John the owner of the property was very accommodating and Martin was very helpful with any service requests. The apartments are nice and the grounds are well kept.

UPDATE I have now been living at Parkvue 5 and 1/2 years and my opinion has not changed. I love my apartment And now I know the building was well built I never hear a neighbor on any side of my apartment. The maintenance and service provided by management continue to be excellent and very responsive. ---- I moved in a month ago. I couldn't be happier. The building is well constructed, kitchens and bathrooms are large and well appointed. Generous closet space including linen and pantry closets. My 2 bedroom unit is well laid out, bright and very airy. Cannot hear any noise from adjoining neighbors. Maintenance is top notch and very responsive. The grounds are immaculate as is the club house and fitness center.

Martin and his team did an amazing job removing the snow on Sunday night! The complex is always kept clean and whenever I have had even a minor issue they respond very quickly.

I have lived here for over 3 years, the management, maintenance and ownership is top notch. They are attentive to concerns and the upkeep of the grounds is outstanding. I can’t say enough good things and have loved it from the day I moved in. Thank you ParkVue
