Please 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 don't come to live here they ar just interested in your money. They don't care about fix the issues, I've been waiting for one year they fix bathtub, and a cabinet ,the previous maintenance guy just broken and he never can fixed. They don't care after the things get damaged

I honestly wish I could give this place no stars that's how bad it is it's been a terrible place to live im unhappy its awful the owner smiles in your face and is untruthful maintenance they need help give them more credit and stop being so cheap I LITTARLLY HAD TO GET THE CITY OF COLUMBUS INVOLVED ITS THAT BAD I DONT PLAY ABOUT MY HEALTH AND SAFTY ALSO HAD AN INSPECTION TODAY YET STILL THINGS ARNT RIGHT ALSO TO FORMER IM MOVING ITS THAT BAD BUT HIGHLY RECOMMEND DONT MOVE IN TO THE 2 BEDROOM NEXT TO THE THE RENTAL OFFICE ITS NOT UP TO CODE AT ALL! LIKE THEY ARE. PLEASE DO NOT SET YOUR SELVES UP FOR FAILURE AND MOVE IN TO PARKVILLE APTS. DEMETRI THE OWNER IS SOMETHING ELSE LET ME TELL YOU GUYS... I BET HALF THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT UP TO CITY CODE.. DO BETTER ELON DO BETTER PEOPLE DESERVE

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! this place is absolutely vile, they are scam artists and the property manager is an incompetent fool. the place is infested with cockroaches, i spent hundreds on pest treatment but it never got any better. maintanence is unresponsive, i called several times about a broken bathroom sink with no response and ended up having to hire a friend to fix it. constant plumbing issues, every few months sewage backed up into my bathtub and the smell coming from the crawl space was unbearable. every month i paid rent and utilities in full based on the bill i received, only to later be charged a late fee because the complex failed to include all charges on my bill due to a “glitch in their system” and was told the late fees could not be waived. i have lived in some pretty bad apart

I have a friend that lives here, she was in a tight spot and didn't have many options and they were able to work with her. However for the amount of money she pays for rent on a 200 something sq foot apartment from the early 90s looking is insanity. They keep up the grounds pretty nice, sidewalks, and a decent amount of parking. My friend likes how they have the laundry set up. Overall very dated for the amount of money they charge, I hope she's able to move into something nicer once her lease is up. Also there are a lot of strays running around (people suck). Office lady seems to be pretty responsive and helpful. Neighborhood is a touch and go, just be aware.

Great if you love bedbugs and jumping through hoops! Moved into a unit, was not told that the previous tenants had a bed bug infestation. Come the night we move in, we find the little guys everywhere: crawling on the walls, tables, our bed, etc. Notified management and the first thing they said was "we believe you, the people who lived there before had them." Still waiting on some sort of financial restitution from the company for our lost goods and cleaning expenses per the pest control company's instructions. Cannot recommend less! May as well sleep in your car!
