Parkview Village Apartments

My gf lives on this peoperty and I must tell you it has gone down hill extremly bad since the new property management has taken over. The supervisor of the property management is overbearing, maniplitive and scary. She is rude, she is not a professional and charges fees that are not even viable. Do not come to rent here the place has become scary and I want my gf out of there as soon as possible!

Do not live here I normally don’t talk bad about a place but DO NOT LIVE HERE !!! Rats and roaches and the maintenance man is very weird and rude and never wants to do his job and the power is always out and the landlord always leaves when it dose gates always broke anyone can get in crazy people and homeless come in and out as they please and no one is ever in the office and never answer the phone and when you move out they screw you over never again do I ever want to see this place in my life UNRELIABLE !!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE RUDE MANAGERS, DIRTY STRAY CATS EVERYWHERE, BED BUGS, ROACHES, BLACK MOLD, SEPTIC ISSUES. NEVER HAD SO MANY HEALTH ISSUES IN MY LIFE THAN WHEN I LIVED HERE. PLUS THEY ONLY RENT TO MIDDLE EASTERN/SOUTH EAST ASIAN/MUSLIMS ANYWAY.

Girls that work in the office gossip too much. They talk to neighbors about other neighbors and talk smack. They lack on professionalism as well as the right to privacy. They break rules and tell at others in front of other residents.

My boyfriend lives here so I'm here all the time lol but neighbors are friendly and you can't ever hear your neighbors which is really good especially if you live in apartments
