Parkview Village Apartments

I love living here! My daughter and I moved in January 2026. The neighbors welcomed us and say good morning whenever we’re leaving in the mornings! I was a little skeptical at first but this is such a safe place for my daughter and I! We appreciate Demetria so much and she does everything she can to make sure our needs are met! Thank you Demetria for working so hard! :)

I went to the open house today and was asked to leave due to something at a different property. I was told that I was trespassed with no explanation whatsoever. I’ve been going through some stuff and yet they see things that happen a year ago. They just loss the possible good tenant and they don’t care. I have a good job and able to pay the rent, but they want someone who hasn’t lived on one of their properties just to be spiteful. So I would try to stay away from here.

Not a good idea to rent here. Maintenance is slow even when urgent. Laundry room is available only from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday except for holidays or when management is not around. They say their a non-smoking property but half the residents smoke in their apartments. If you have a bike, don't dare lock it to one of the racks if you want to keep it. There are strangers moving in and out unvetted, lots of abandoned vehicles and some who like to park their vehicles on the sidewalks.

I would like to commend Demetria for all the hard work she does for these apartments. She walks tall and carries a big stick like Buford busser.
