Parkview Manor Apartments

Lived there for 7 years. When new management took over rent increased drastically without renovating my place. The landlord never dealt with any of the issues I had or complaints made. Multiple emails and phone calls were made without a proper response or resolution. Finally had to move because I felt unsafe. Was still charged for leaving a month early. The pictures shown are also deceiving. Would not recommend at all.

I lived at Parkview for two years and in that time my rent went from 995 to 1600. The bathroom and kitchen were still from the 60’s I would have liked to have stayed, but no way at 1600 and no gym or pool.

I have lived at parkview for 34 years in 2 years the new owners raised my rent $900.00.good luck living here I have to move. Ray Lucini 1223 Rhawn st.
