I rented a one bedroom apartment for a little over two years through Parkview Management and had a great experience with them. The apartment was on Washington Ave right on the border of Crown Heights. Overall I definitely give Parkview an A grade and would gladly rent from them again. Their main office is super responsive and helpful. Their Maintenance team likewise handled any issue I had within 24 hours, usually within just a couple of hours if it was a smaller issue that they could address quickly. Their billing was super transparent as well and I never had to contest any billing issues. Furthermore at the end of my 2nd year I asked if they would do me a huge favor and let me sign a two-month lease as I just needed two more months before I left the state of NY for good, which they agree

Firstly, all the positive reviews are from bots or actual Parkview employees. I love that they have time to post fake reviews but take weeks to reply to maintenance requests. It blows my mind how badly a company can be run. Next time, I will pick homelessness over renting with this company. Rachel is one of the most incompetent humans I might have ever met. Issues took months to resolve. We had to deal with severe water leaks, no heat through parts of the winter, flooding in the basement due to bursting water pipes, no cooking gas on move in, pests and more. I know housing is hard to find in nyc so we tend to take what we get - but be warned that it is not at all worth renting with these people

My partner and I rented an apartment in Clinton Hill. The building was kept very clean and in good shape. The apartment is rent stabilized, which is amazing, and management handled that leasing process very professionally and efficiently. They were also very responsive via email and phone when minor issues arose, and made all necessary repairs very quickly. I love older buildings but understand they are difficult to maintain, so I feel fortunate this one was very well tended to. I definitely recommend Parkview Management if you are renting in Brooklyn.
