ParkView Greer Apartments

My fiance and I toured today and Garrett gave us a great tour! He was super informative on the different units and was a friendly face to look out for next time we tour! Even though we were looking to move in 8 months from now he still took time to show us 2 layouts we were interested in and we will definitely be reconnecting to look to move in here! Great location and walking distance to downtown Greer as well. Highly recommend Garret!

Park View Apartments is a very pleasant place to stay and to meet people and enjoy every moment with me! Karen is the person who gave me a tour of the apartments and she is very friendly and informative to any questions you may have! The whole team including Karen, Ladon and Garrett are very helpful, cordial and willing to make you feel right at home with their greeting smiles and with their professional expertise of making everyone feel at home! Garrett Is my go to when I have a problem and is very quick of helping you out when their is a problem! Landon is the manager of Park View Apartments and she also is very professional and friendly with any problems you may have! This establishment is very trustworthy in my opinion and I appreciate all their help! So I am rating them all 5-star e

My fiancé and I moved in a couple of months ago, and we absolutely LOVE IT so far. Karen was who we toured with. She is very pleasant and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. We appreciate that the office is open 6 days a week. The location of Parkview is right in the heart of Downtown Greer, so it’s easy to walk to the park and places to eat or shop. Washer and dryer in all units. Free coffee. We were the first to live in our apartment and it’s so spacious with lots of natural light coming in. This place is very clean and has so many amenities to offer. If I have to say anything negative at all, I guess it would be that if you have trouble sleeping, you probably don’t want to get an apartment on the Jason Street side. Came in today to get information on an apartment. I was greeted by a warm smile from Garret Lee. He took me through all the amenities. Provided me with detailed information on a 1 bd apartment. The apartments are super cute and affordable. So happy I dropped in today. Thank you for the Southern Hospitality. Looking forward to becoming a tenant here.

Had a tour today with Garrett. He was absolutely amazing and gave us all the information we needed. Plus, we were able to see the units that matched the floor plans that we were interested in. I also noticed that the team at ParkView cares about their tenants and potential residents which is nice to know. The property is well maintained and the apartments are modern and up to date on all the latest appliances. The apartments themselves have a luxury feel to them and are quite spacious. Even the studio! The location is amazing and the amount of sunlight the units get is a plus. 10/10 would recommend!
