I’ve been living at Parkstone Alexandria for 4 years now, and I can honestly say it’s the best place I’ve lived in Virginia. The building is always clean and very well maintenance. Any time something needs to be fixed in the apartment, the maintenance team comes quickly and takes care of it right away. The concierge is always friendly and helpful, and the office staff are truly amazing, professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. I highly recommend Parkstone Alexandria to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well managed community. I am very happy living here!
I’ve been here for a good year. The only real problem I have with the complex is around August I don’t know what happened but we barely get hot water now. It’s just luke warm I asked several people the guy in the rental office, maintenance, etc. I stopped asking because there was never a straight answer. Now it only really gets hot at certain times during the day. At first it wasn’t like that at all i literally have to boil water to take a bath. If I have to pay for water I would appreciate it if the water actually gets hot like it did when I first moved in. Last time I talked to maintenance they said the manager turned down the heat of the water. I just stopped fighting it at a certain point it kept getting too repetitive with the runaround. My rating is mostly for the neighborhood itself
Finished a lease, left apartment pristine. Your company charged a cleaning fee and a portion of the fee was to be waived because it was wrongfully charged. You promised an updated statement and we have yet to receive since July. I have called repeatedly since first week of July and told you that I live in the next building over and I am happy to pay the small fee in person once we receive an updated statement. Both of my daughters have emailed repeatedly (also leaseholders and lived there full time) and no answer. We have cc’d corporate and no answer. We are constantly told that no one is available to speak to. I do not understand why it is so difficult to settle this ledger when I have made it clear that I am available every single day. The move out date was first week of July. This is a
This was the most seamless move in Ive ever experienced. Eboni, Pam and Christine were so patient and professional not to mention the kindest ladies. Pam and Christine especially embodied the true meaning of courtesy and care. I hate moving but they made my experience so unforgettable from the tour to finalizing my move in. Because of them my fresh start came with a updated fabulous unit in a great neighborhood for a great price. Thank you ladies for your kindness and professionalism and care during this process. So happy to be a new member of the community. Thank you all again!
I used to love it here but oh my god it seems like dogs are taking over this building. All I hear is dogs barking all day and night until their owner gets home. I have no idea why apartments will allow anyone to have more than one dog. But the noise of just dogs itself in this building is getting out of hand. It’s bad enough there is a dog park right in the front that isn’t ours it’s park and ford apartments dog park so you’re already hearing dogs all day and night. But the fact that you also have to hear them in your building all day as well is extremely overwhelming. I wish they put people with dogs all on the same floors since dog owners are clearly ok with hearing dogs bark all day. I would love walk in and out of my unit without having dogs bark for just being in the hallway. Me and m
