I do not recommend going here at all. They never plow the driveways. If they do, neighbors stop them from doing it. Their rent is ASTRONOMICAL! If your rent is $900, you’ll be expected to pay $1300!! Utilities are SKYHIGH. You have to pay national grid aswell. Do not come here. They don’t even fix things properly unless they get evaluated.

Been renting for 2+ years. The staff are helpful and keep up on inspections for the fire and heating systems. Snow removal and utilities included. Recommend renting!

Been renting here since we moved back from from Florida in 2023 would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live. Jocelyn always goes above and beyond for us and is always just a quick phone call away 10/10

Honestly the worst experience living in apartments so far. Since the day I moved in I’ve been having problems with appliances and things that needed repairs. After maintenance first came to fix the washer they trashed my place and on top of that the new dishwasher wasn’t installed properly, left water off and didn’t connect anything back so everything was leaking and refused to come fix my leaking sink that night. After that I complained and maintenance left harassing notes on my doors. Anything I’ve needed fixed takes over 3-4 months or longer to get done haven’t had screen door on my front door since move in, and the back one broke, both supposed to be replaced months ago (which came from maintenance who decided it was necessary to come to my back door while I was working from home to t

Absolutely worst place to live in. They don’t have 24/7 maintenance. They do NOT give 24 hour notice before entering. They do NOT fix things promptly. They do NOT care for their residents. Not worth living here at all. They will lie to your face.
