Parkside West by Dream Finders Homes

We purchased this property in August and have encountered numerous problems. Upon moving in, we discovered spilled paint on the carpet, which was done by a worker who didn’t bother to take responsibility. Additionally, the construction workers frequently park behind our garage and leave their trash scattered around. The cherry on top…… The first snowstorm revealed the rapid and cost-effective construction of these townhouses, as our rooftop drainage system has now leaked water into our guest bedroom and, likely, our kitchen. We are anxious to see how they plan to rectify this issue. I am genuinely concerned about the potential impact of the upcoming snowstorms on the home, given that just one storm has already caused significant damage. I have been searching for a home for the last few months and when I came across the homes at parkside west I was so excited. I met with Téa and she was so helpful. She was able to show me a home that was perfect for what I was looking for and I purchased a few days later. Ever since then Téa has been wonderful. She has kept me updated on my home all throughout the process and it has made me so excited to move in. We met with the construction team recently and they were fantastic as well. So detailed oriented and customer oriented. We can’t wait to move in to this community!

I began this process back in May, I had initially looked at another builder but after meeting with Téa decided to go with Dream Finders because she seemed well versed and like someone who would be great to work with through this process. From the beginning I was very transparent that my lease was up in early September and would probably need to extend it, all I asked is that Dream Finders was understanding of my situation and would give me, as accurate as possible, timelines for completion. That didn’t happen. The original completion date was end of September 2024. Téa emailed me in July saying it would be done in August, I didn’t trust that, thankfully, so I extended my lease till the end of October. These townhomes are gorgeous! Fair amount of space, well designed and they offer a higher level of comfort. Back in a hidden spot off Federal but close to amenities.
