Parkside

Parkside Apartments have been a good place to live overall. The location is convenient and close to everything I need. The property is well-kept, and my apartment feels cozy and homey—I especially love the fresh smell when I come back from being out of town for a while. Most of the hiccups I’ve experienced have been due to other residents. Like many apartment communities, the walls can be a bit thin and some neighbors can be vocal, but nothing major. Occasionally I have to reach out to the office about work orders, but it doesn’t happen often. Truthfully, the main reason I’ve continued to renew my lease these last few years is because of Stephenie. She has been incredibly helpful, even when it’s been inconvenient for her, and she consistently goes out of her way to make things happen. Th

Kenzie and Steph were so great to me from the moment I walked through the doors at Parkside! They were patient and guided me through the process, looked out to accommodate me to the best of their ability!! The property was peaceful, clean and so welcoming! Kenzie has stayed in communication with me through the application process making sure everything is smooth and stress-free!! I looked forward to becoming a resident here at Parkside! Also, their maintenance Pete and Brian are great! Very welcoming when I arrived to inquire about Parkside becoming my new home! I know Pete personally and he is very time punctual, accurate, and intentional about providing maintenance to the residents in his care!

Mackenzie at Parkside has been amazing to work with! She has helped me with all my apartment needs and has made my dog and I feel welcomed and at home. Brian has been awesome as well! He fixes anything I need immediately and if I have any questions, he is there to answer them. Parkside is a great place to live and I plan to renew my lease! Great community!

As a resident of this community I must say my time here has been absolutely amazing. From the time I showed interest this team has worked effortlessly to make sure all my needs were met. Morning, day, or night, Stephanie and Mackenzie are always accessible. The teamwork they display is a visual representation of efficiency. They STAY on top of business & as a resident i am appreciative for that. Also, the maintenance here is top tier. Usually if i submit a request, Pete is there the SAME day & the issues are resolved. Being that this is my first place ever, i am so grateful to have chosen these apartments.

Did a tour of Parkside Apartments today and really loved how nice the community is! Stephanie, the property manager, was very informative, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Pete, the facilities manager, showed us multiple units and was so friendly and easy to talk to. Both of them made the whole experience welcoming and stress-free. The community is absolutely gorgeous!
