ParkSide Cedar Springs Condominiums

If I could give 0 starts I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Huge car theft problem, a gate is always broken, homeless sleep and wash their clothes in the pool, and the management does nothing about it! HOA claims they need to use their funds for other necessities instead of security measures for their tenants safety. If I do simple math, the HOA monthly fee x the # of units….thats a nice check they receive monthly!

Living here was supposed to be safe and well managed, taken care of. They have spent money for river rocks and plants, but there are many dangerous things that should have been resolved first

The HOA is horrendous even though the previous company was just fired. We've had flooding problems in our condo for over a year- each time our bedroom carpet is saturated with rain water and we now have mold growing on the closet ceiling. We are now getting lawyers involved as a last resort. STAY AWAY!!!!

We had our apartment flood. Management did not help at all and lied to us about where the leak was coming from. We have not been compensated in any way for thousands of dollars of damage done to our unit. In all interactions I've had with them, they have been unhelpful at best and often seem to try to dodge any contact me.

Take it from someone who lives here. Honest review, STAY AWAY. John, the owner of some apt here lacks customer service and doesn't care about the residents at all. The community is overall terribly managed. No leasing office, no staff, no maintenance. If u need something fixed, good luck with that.
