Parkside at the Beach

I had a great experience working with Shannon Hurt at Parkside at the Beach. She was professional, friendly, and very patient throughout the entire process. Shannon explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the application and leasing process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly. If you’re looking for an apartment here, I highly recommend asking for Shannon, she’s amazing!

I have enjoyed living at Parkside At The Beach. When it comes to the office staff, I cannot explain to you the measures that Deb, Shannon & Tish go to make their residents feel welcomed and appreciated. They are always willing to go beyond for their residents and when you walk into the leasing office their customer service draws you in immediately. The community itself is beautiful, feels safe and comfortable. I would def recommend Parkside to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment close to the beach!

My fiancée and I have been living at Parkside at the Beach since September 2025. So far it’s been amazing! Truly living the dream! Close to beach, the apartments are nice! And all the staff are very friendly! I like to give a shout out to Beth who works in the office! She goes above and beyond making sure the guests feel like they’re at home. This past year she has cooked the community Holliday meals, one of them being thanksgiving dinner, for everyone in the community who didn’t make it home for the holidays. She also just recently made everyone in the community a Valentines dinner several days ago! The food was amazing, it was pasta themed, my fiancée and I attended! Lasagna, spaghetti, and chicken pasta and more! She even baked the deserts herself. Thank you Beth, your food was amazing!

I cant say enough about the quality of the apartments are top knotch and first class. Shannon and the other personnel always treated me with the utmost respect and handled every request that i had urgently. Parkside has awesome apartments but even better people running the complex ! Thank you for all you have done for me !

All the work orders Thomas and crew have done are great JOB!!! And hope the office and crew continues their GREAT efforts and work. We like living here , Dislike all the parking issues by people that don’t live here and come in leave their vehicles and go their ways. ? You need a parking officer that can give tickets and have vehicles towed .?!! Thanks Mick (Winchester’s)
