Parkside at Round Rock

Since the management company change, the overall quality of living here has noticeably declined. After living here for over a year, I can confidently say my recent experience has been consistently unpleasant. There are frequent safety concerns in the parking garage, including residents driving at excessive speeds and near head-on collisions. The garage and trash chutes are often filthy, neighbors are loud and inconsiderate, and the leasing office staff has been unresponsive and dismissive of resident concerns. Key fobs work inconsistently, parking rules are not enforced (illegal parking and trucks blocking other vehicles are common), and shared amenities such as the outdoor grills by the pool are unusable due to missing propane. These ongoing issues create a frustrating living environment

I had an outstanding move-in experience at Parkside at Round Rock, thanks to Erika. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, even as I visited multiple times with what felt like a mountain of questions. Erika took the time to understand my needs and recommended the perfect floor plan for me. The transition was smooth and stress-free thanks to her guidance and professionalism. If you're looking at Parkside, I highly recommend asking for Erika – she's truly great at what she does!

Currently live here and my dissatisfaction with the way the property is managed and the support and help given at the front office is sub par and borderline unacceptable. The new management company makes the parking garage look like a landfill, the leasing office staff is always annoyed when asking questions, and issues with their payment processor that creates a lot of unnecessary stress and hassle. The property looks nice enough, and they are good about work orders and maintenance but other than that I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Our move-in experience has been extremely stressful due to a preventable mistake made by our leasing agent The parking account from the previous tenant was never cleared, which prevented us from registering our vehicle correctly. Because of that error, our car was towed and we were forced to pay over $300 to retrieve it. We did our part and asked several times what steps were required, but we were not given accurate or clear guidance. this lack of organization and communication was very disappointing. This could have easily been avoided with proper attention to detail. I hope management improves their internal processes so future tenants don’t go through the same thing.

Yikes, yikes, yikes. Called yesterday to schedule a tour for this morning and was told I couldn’t be accommodated at my requested time due to an “important visit”. Regardless of a visit wouldn’t prioritizing someone wanting to come tour be more important? Or maybe I just have a different understanding of customer service. I did drive through the complex yesterday afternoon and yikes (again.) I’m glad I didn’t end up being able to tour. As mentioned in other reviews. The parking garage was lacking security, filled with trash. Doors propped open, I could have truly toured myself the hallways. The umbrellas in the pool were sideways and broken, pet parks filled with pet waste and smelled terrible! My morning was spent touring other communities and I’ve since leased at The Caroline. Custom
