Having to climb up to the kitchen on the third story every time I bought groceries would make me quickly rethink my purchase. I wish immense luck to anyone trying to carry a couch/treadmill/oven up through those narrow stairways from the bottom the third floor. I suggest a crane service lift your large items to the roof/loft/4th story and carrying it down from there. The hardwood, tile, carpet, and shoemoulding work were great. About all I can say about a long-sold residential community of 3-4 story townhouses
