Parkside at Hickory Grove

I been living here since the day these apartments opened almost 4 years ago and we have had at least 5 different office personnel. Almost every year my air goes out it’s currently out I put in a maintenance order and know came to fix it , it’s currently 79 degrees in this apartment and they don’t even have an emergency maintenance and when you called the corporate number, he gets an attitude with you as if it’s your fault

Lashanda is the Best those last two ladies we had was sum trash we appreciate u Lashanda may God continue to fill your Life with greatness 💯👍🏾 And Ms Tracy got my bathtub looking good Tim didn't do it had me with a motel 6 bath tub thanks Ms Tracy that did a marvelous job👍🏾🎯💯

Went in to ask for an application. After asking the woman in the office, she barely looked up at me while saying "there's a 2yr waiting list" I was like ok that's fine. The lady continued to do whatever she was doing ignoring me. I stood there waiting for her to give me an application or tell me where it is but she just remain silent and continued her paperwork. So I finally asked "well can I have an application please" and she pointed to the door and said it's outside. She clearly felt annoyed for whatever reason. That interaction made me not even want to apply so I left. Y'all need better customer service because that was ridiculous.

Nothing short of amazing when it comes to the office staff! Lashaunda and Tim made my transition of moving into my first place so easy and I was Met with nothing but open arms and understanding. Any problem or concern was dealt with swiftly! I can Not ask for an better experience!
