Parkside Apartments

I have lived her for 4 years and have never missed a rent payment...I have been late but never not paid. The first two years here my ac was ice cold. The last two years it has not worked. They finally decided it needed a whole new ac unit. They in the mean time gave me ONE portable ac unit in the living room for a whole 2br and 1 bath apartment. It has been anywhere from 80's to 90's in my apartment because i am on the 3rd floor. They were supposed to be here on 7-2-2025 to install new ac unit...it did rain early morning then cleared up and sun was shining the rest of the day....they never showed! I called the office to ask when they would be coming to fix the ac and was told by the apartment complex manager " let me contact dewight and I'll call you back with an update"... never heard ba

Worst place to ever live! They are roach infested and try to blame it on you, wasn't allowed a walk through before moving in, the property manager Claire literally doesn't care about any of the problems you bring up, maintenance sucks as they take weeks to respond or they just never come at all, very high crime rate even had a bullet come through my ceiling while my kids were home, loud parties every night, outdated fire alarm system, lies to try to get more money out of you. Overall it's not worth it at all especially with how much they are charging people for these disgusting apartments. Save yourself before renting with them

I lived in two different buildings in this complex over a six year period. For me this was the best place to live, I can't compare to other apartment complexes because I only lived in this one, but I'll tell you some of my experiences here. First of all my apartment was on the ground floor, halfway underground, I didn't have a patio so it felt even bigger than the others because instead of glass doors I had a long wall. The apartment was a great price, I felt like when I signed the lease we had a no-nonsense agreement on the cost and the value of my new home, and the cost was consistent for my whole time spent being there. The manager there is really rude, worse attitude ever, he doesn't know how to talk to people at all. I had a very bad moment there. I don't wish to come back just because of him.

I lived here for 4 years and will not be renewing. Residents here are gross and the office does nothing to solve the problem. Trash in the hallways, laundry room, parking lot, etc. Roach and mice infestations are in my building and there is a lot of crime (police seem to be here every other night). Claire the property manager claims they do weekly cleanings…. Lol. Biannual cleanings maybe. Not to mention these apartments are $1100 a month… stay away!!!
