Parkside Apartments

Have lived there from 2017-2019. These apartments are affordable, spacious and clean. I lived on the bottom floor and my apartment was HUGE. Some ppl complain about roaches, I rarely seen any. I did have spiders and ants often only because I was close to the grass. My only complaints are the bathrooms could use a little renovation and I had a minor plumbing problem. Other than that I absolutely LOVED my apartment. And the staff is amazing!!! Steve the leasing consultant is a sweetheart and is super helpful and knowledgeable and Darrell our maintenance guy is so kind and attentive. Those guys are great. And Ray the manager is cool I didn't see him that often but he was understanding and patient when I had a payment issues. Great company!!!! I wish them the best!!!

Nice and clean and very quite!! People in the building are very friendly how it's a nice laundry room and I love how easy it is to get on all the public transportation and close to all the food places in the area!! Love it!! 💪🏾💪🏾🔥🔥💯💯🙏🏾🙏🏾

I've been living here for a few months now. From day one I've practicing my religion, which includes burning incense as an offering to the Most High. Around the 4th month my neighbor started complaining. A few days later all office personnel and that neighbor's been outside my door having a pow wow meeting talking about me. It is so uncomfortable. So I go to the office to explain to them why I burned my incense, now that same neighbors Everytime they come by more door always makes a comment about my fake religion. It's getting to the point it's bullying. So if you are a child of the Most High don't move here. It is best to find your own community which I am in the process of doing. This place don't welcome other religions here.

Does this place do credit checks or is there any places that dont check credit? Looking for a place that doesnt, i dont have any credit right now just got into having a credit score,
