Parkside Apartments

quiet, small community, lots of families, pool is pretty small if you care about that. I enjoy it here though it’s peaceful. Everything in my apartment works well, I love the appliances! The maintenance guys, Luis and Hector, are very nice and respectful, quick to help resolve any issues. Even let me borrow a ladder for my LED lights :) they keep this complex in top shape!

I've been living at Parkside at Grand Parkway for over two years now. This community has truly felt like home. The apartments are well-maintained, quiet, and spacious, and the location is convenient with easy access to everything I need. A huge part of why I've stayed is the amazing staff. Theresa, Barbara, and Michelle are always friendly, professional, and responsive. They've consistently gone above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is also top-notch quick, efficient, and respectful every time they come by. It’s clear the entire team cares about the residents and the property. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here, and I’d highly recommend Parkside to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

The apartments are comfortable and consistently well-maintained, all thanks to the dedicated property staff and attentive maintenance team. The property manager, Theresa, goes above and beyond to care for this community. It’s rare to find a manager so responsive and hands-on. She’s even personally scraped gum off the sidewalk in the summer heat which is just one example that speaks volumes about her commitment. Theresa leads by example and holds her staff to high standards, and it shows.
